Position :Recruitment Specialist

Job Description: –

→ Responsible for achieving individual revenue target agreed upon with the Management

→ Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the Franchise

→ Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client

→ Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview

→ Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates

→ Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression

→ Send details of candidates scheduled for interview to the Client

→ Get feedback from the clients

→ Source candidates as per client’s requirement

→ Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;

→ Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;

→ Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;

→ Counselling and coaching candidates for interview

→ Help in negotiating offer

→ Call clients (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationships

→ Upload Job Description on Talent Now Portal and mail the same to all the Franchisees

→ Draft New Requirements / Job Form as per client’s requirement

Position :Franchise – Co-ordinator

Job Description:

→Maintaining Documentation (or copies) related to the Franchisee’s

→Copies of all key correspondence to and from the Franchisee

→Verify franchise Documents.

→Send welcome emails to new franchise

→Enter New Franchise details in Franchise Tracker and update it regularly

→Prepare franchise kit and ensure timely dispatch of the same.

→Keeping track of inventory required for franchise kit.

→Assist the Franchise Manager in daily activities.

Education & Experience
